Preparing for COVID-19 at SBA: What you need to know

The leadership team at Susan B. Allen Memorial Hospital have been monitoring and preparing for the situation involving the new Coronavirus (COVID-19) that is rapidly moving across our country. We have been meeting multiple times daily and planning in conjunction with the Butler County Health Department, Kansas Department of Health and Environment, Kansas Hospital Association and the CDC to review current up to date information and recommendations. Our team is following the CDC's Hospital Preparedness Assessment Tool.

As this situation is very fluid, we are continually evaluating the new updates and guidelines as we plan and adapt our approach to this issue. We will continue to ensure our mission of providing compassionate, professional healthcare to the people we serve remains our top focus, as well as ensuring the safety of our patients, physicians and colleagues.
